This policy explains what oneSIM collects when you create an account, browse or purchase eSIM data plans, and use the oneSIM mobile app, and what we do with it.
To create and secure your account, fulfill and support your eSIM orders, respond to support requests, keep the service running and free of abuse (including rate-limiting and error monitoring), and meet our legal and tax obligations.
We share data only where needed to provide the service: Stripe (payments), the eSIM provider you purchase from (Celitech, Yesim, Bappy, TripoSIM, or eSIM Access), and infrastructure providers who host the app. We do not sell your personal information.
Account and order data is kept for as long as your account is active, plus any period required by law (e.g. for tax records). Diagnostic logs (activity, error, and request logs) are retained for a limited period for troubleshooting and then may be deleted or aggregated.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by emailing us at the address below. We'll respond and action verified requests within a reasonable time.
oneSIM is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
Questions or requests about your data can be sent through our contact form.
