These terms cover the oneSIM widget integration and dashboard for tour operators. They apply from the point a widget ID is issued to your account. A signed pilot or service agreement between you and oneSIM takes priority over anything here where the two differ.
oneSIM provides a widget that your travelers use to buy a mobile data eSIM from your booking confirmation page, and a dashboard where you can see your widget ID, integration snippet, activity and (if you use the API) an access token. We provision the eSIM through our network provider and deliver the QR code; we don't run the mobile network itself.
Widget IDs and dashboard logins are issued to businesses, not individual travelers. Keep your login and API token confidential — you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us if you believe either has been compromised, and we'll rotate them.
Your account uses one of two billing modes, agreed with you when your widget ID is issued: monthly invoicing (we invoice you at the end of each month for eSIMs issued through your widget) or card payment (the traveler pays in the widget, so there's nothing to invoice). A single widget ID can mix both per placement if agreed. Your commission share, if any, is set out in your pilot or service agreement and paid on the same monthly cycle.
Unless your agreement says otherwise, a pilot has no minimum sales volume and no minimum term — either side can end it with notice. Moving from a pilot to a standard contract, and any volume commitments that come with it, is agreed separately in writing.
If a traveler pays by card and we can't issue the eSIM, the charge is automatically refunded. For monthly invoicing, an eSIM that failed to provision is never billed. We don't currently offer refunds for an eSIM that was issued and worked as intended.
Use the widget only on the site(s) you've told us about, don't attempt to reverse-engineer or resell access to the underlying network provider, and don't use the API token or widget ID outside your own integration. We can restrict a widget ID to specific origins and cap monthly volume; ask us if your needs change.
We aim to keep the widget and API available and to fix issues promptly, but we don't currently offer a formal uptime SLA. Report problems through the contact form or your usual contact — actual response-time commitments, if any, are set out in your service agreement.
What we collect and why is covered in our Privacy Policy, and how we handle data on your travelers' behalf is covered in our Data Processing Agreement.
We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profit or lost bookings). Our total liability for a claim relating to this service is limited to the fees paid or payable to you (or by you, if you're on card billing) under this agreement in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Either side can end the relationship with written notice, subject to any minimum term in your service agreement. We can suspend a widget ID immediately if we reasonably believe it's being misused or is causing harm, and will tell you why.
If we change these terms materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where you have an active account, let you know.
The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms are the ones set out in your signed pilot or service agreement with oneSIM.
Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact form.
